Little Bee av Chris Cleave

“Ancient and modern meet and speak to each other in this tender, brilliant and witty novel of grief, love, sexuality and shape-shifting identity.”
Så löd motiveringen när Ali Smiths roman How to Be Both tilldelades Baileys Women’s Prize for Fiction i våras. Hamlets ’To be or not to be’ ekar i mitt huvud när jag läst klart – i Ali Smiths roman behöver man nödvändigtvis inte välja.
